File a Claim

For filing, our integration options range all the way from a simple hyperlink to fully integrated claim forms on your site. We know that IT backlogs can be long, so we have streamlined our solutions to be as simple as possible, while never losing focus on the cardholder experience.

To start, simply place a hyperlink on your site that takes the cardholder to Card Claims Center, our easy-to-follow, mobile responsive filing site. Customers will then confirm their benefits and proceed with filing a claim.

Card Claims Center can also be fully co-branded to create an exclusive experience for your cardholders, matching your organizations branding guidelines.

In our first integrated solution, gone are the days of multiple logins and validations. Through our secure data pass, your cardholder can smoothly move from your site to ours, entering directly into the filing experience. We will handle all of the filing details and claim submission for you within a customizable, co-branded site.

Finally, your cardholder expects a seamless experience when interacting with your site, and so we offer the fully integrated option as our most advanced solution. While we maintain the claim forms themselves, taking care of compliance, regulatory needs, and business logic for you, you have the opportunity to completely integrate these forms into your ecosystem.

Claim Status

Our simplest integration option for a cardholder to view their claim status is to place a hyperlink on your page, bringing the cardholder to our site where they can enter a view data points for validation and view the status of our claim.

Our more advanced solution allows cardholders to view the status of their claim directly on your site through our Status API integration. You only need to send a few pieces of information, and we will return the full details of the claim for easy display on your site. This status integration is available regardless of integration solution used to file the claim.

Cross/Upsell

Depending on their type of trip, cardholders may be looking for more travel insurance coverage. You can also add a customer insurance offer to your site, through an API call to our system that will return an optimized insurance offer with exactly the right product and price for your cardholder.
